If you are moving into a community that has a country club, fitness center, pool, etc. you will want to arrange to obtain keys for access to these amenities. This is typically done through the community management company or the homeowner's association.
If your mailbox is one contained within a group of mailboxes, you will need to make sure you have the key to access your individual box.
Plan to update the address on your driver's license within 10 days of your move.
Contact your banks, financial institutions, credit card companies, insurance companies, etc. to provide them with your new address and phone number (if applicable).
It's always a good idea to plan on having the locks to your home re-keyed. It is not something that would be required, but it is recommended.
